  • Stage 1: Pain Management

    Most patients first come into the clinic because they’re in pain; so our first goal is get you out of pain. We do this by first precisely diagnosing the cause and developing an individualised care plan to get the ball rolling.

  • Stage 2: Rehabilitation

    Without proper rehab, patients are likely to re-injure themselves within 12 months of the first incident. That means once pain levels are under control we then want to rehabilitate the injury to allow it to heal correctly and to prevent another episode.

    Home exercise programs are individualised to the patient, taking into account their needs, fitness and equipment.

  • Stage 3: Optimisation & Performance

    For all the athletes and fitness fanatics out there, or anyone who wants to bullet-proof their body. We take the exercise rehab to the next level at this stage, getting into much more dynamic and sport specific interventions.
